Getting Started:
You want to make a fake name for yourself and a fake company name.

2. After creating your fake name and fake company name you want to make a Gmail account with a name such as John.EliteArticles@gmail.com , you could do that or register a domain based on your company and make an email like this John@EliteArticles.com
3. After doing this you will need to make a facebook account and a craigslist account.
4. Make sure your privacy settings on facebook are set to private so no one can see this is a newly made account.
Make sure you put future posts to friends
Make sure you limit past posts to either friends or only me.
Setting it up:
Sign up on ClickBank (Affiliate Network) or any CPA Network. I’d highly recommend ClickBank as they offer a lot of software to sell to your job applicants.Sign up for ClickBank
When signing up here make sure you post real information and try to over exaggerate how much you’ve made doing marketing so you can get accepted into ClickBank.
After you found an offer you basically just want to save that link and either use a shortener website such as TinyUrl or if you did get a Domain add that software somewhere on your website.
You can get traffic from joining facebook groups, job websites, and craigslists. Pretty much ANYWHERE someone needs a jobs.
Facebook Groups:
Once you made your Facebook Profile look legit (set the privacy to private) go ahead and join groups for people looking for jobs.
How?
Go to the search bar type in “RANDOMCITY Jobs”
Join all the groups.

Join all these groups it may take some time to get accepted but that’s okay. Keep joining groups. I would join a maximum of about 20-25 as you can get temporarily banned from joining/posting in groups.
Craigslist:
Make an account on Craigslist.
After making an account you have two options on this website.
You can find a random city with the link above, and hunt down people with resumes based on your link.
You can also just post ads saying you’re hiring for a job.
What to post?
You have to post something that can attract people to apply for your job. You have to make it legitimate as possible. I would either offer a higher price than your competitors and link your website if you have one. If you have a website you can link them to your “contact/hiring” page and have them email you from there. You can do this or just include your email in your advertisement.Example:

We are looking for article/ad writers for our Company ODDWear Articles (OWA for short)
You will need to create short (20 – 25 word)write ups of daily auctions.

What to do when you get emails?
You want to be legitimate as possible.
You want to tell them a brief summary of the job such as:
Hello,
My name is John Sterling. I am one of the Hiring Managers at OddWear Articles. We are paying $0.10 per word maximum of 25 words per entry. This means you will receiving $2.50 per entry. We hiring 2-3 people for this job as the demand for these entries from our company are extremely high. There will always be demand for articles so as long as you are capable of typing 25 words per entry and about 10-50 entries a day you can easily make steady income. We provide these articles/ads to companies that need them to re-post. We will give you specifications if you are accepted for the job. Since I’m considering you, I’d like to get to know you before I consider you for this job. Which would you prefer a phone-phone interview or a questionnaire sent over email? You won’t benefit depending on your choice it’s all personal preference. Please reply as soon as possible so we could set a time for the interview over the phone or so I can prepare this questionnaire-style interview

After they answer whether they want their interview over a phone or email, call them (will lead to higher conversion rate) or email them a questionnaire like this:

What to do when it's time for an Interview?
You want to hire them whether or not they qualify for the job or not. You want to write a very detailed review on this and try to persuade them to buy your product because it’s a requirement for the job. Tell them they can earn the money back within 3 hours of working, anything you can do to persuade them to buy the product. In this case, I used a font package it works well with article writing. You can tell them you need these fonts because certain articles demand fonts that are not included by default.

We loved your answers to our questions. We are going to accept you for the Job. You will be starting whenever you can. Payment will either be through Paypal or a Check written out to your name. What you need for the job:
Some type of Text-Editor (Examples: Microsoft Word, Notepad, Rich Text Document)
Good grammar skills/spelling skills (Articles may be declined due to error in these skills, you have the opportunity to re-edit them)
Understanding of the internet/computer (In order to access your Payment details, Contat Information , etc etc..)

Proper communication skills

Tips to increase conversion rate:
I’m assuming you want to inrease your conversion rate doing this as much as possible here are my tips on how:
You want to make it look super legit.
If you’re making a website make it look super legit and write fake testimonies in your “hiring” section with fake employees.
When you are in contact establish a less automated system.
If you want to convert if they give you a phone number CALL THEM. People like communication and want to make sure it’s legit.
Set up an email with your domain name such as JOBS@DOMAIN.COM
When you make your website such as EliteArticles, make sure you have articles or advertising some kind of service so they know it’s legit.
You can also set up a vacation responder that says “Will be back soon and will look at your application” and sell them products related to money making off a different email!
